        Amphipods (Crustacea: Malacostraca) fauna from Chujado Island in Korea A faunal study on Amphipods belonging to the class Malacostraca was conducted 26-29 August 2021 at 12 sites in Chujado Island, Korea. This study found that 68 amphipod species in 39 genera, 19 families were living on Chujado Island. Among these 19 families, the family Caprellidae (20 species) showed the highest abundance. Ampithoidae (7 species) and Dexaminidae (6 species) were subdominant families. The species Stenothoe valida Dana, 1852 (found at 10 of 12 sites) was the most frequent and widespread species. Caprella scaura Templeton, 1836 was identified at 9 of 12 sites and had the highest frequency of appearance among 20 species of Caprellidae. Among the 68 species, Ampithoe waialua J.L. Barnard, 1970 and Melita nagatai Yamato, 1987 are newly recorded species in Korean fauna. These newly recorded species are fully illustrated and compared with related species.         양식 전복에 공생하는 한국산 옆새우 3종(갑각강, 단각목) 한국의 양식 전복에 공생하는 3종의 단각류가 발견되어 이들을 보고한다 이들 단각류는 볼록손참옆새우(Ampithoe valida Smith), 사마귀멜리타옆새우(Elasmopus rapax Costa), 두발가락멜리타옆새우(Melita rylovae Bulycheva)이며, 이 중에서 사마귀멜리타옆새우는 한국 미기록종으로서 상세히 기재하였고 다른 두 종은 주요 형질을 기재하였다. 이들 단각류가 공생한 전복은 Haliotis discus hannai Inc, H. discus discus Reeve, H. diversicoior aquatilis Reeve, 그리고 H. siebolidii Reeve이다. 관찰한 단각류와 전복들 사이에는 종 특이적 관계는 보이지 않았다 Shin Myung-Hwa,Kim Il-Hoi,Lee Kyung Sook The Korean Society of Systematic Zoology 상세보기
