종설명(Description)

• 형태적특징

    루사노프보라해면의 외형은 관 모양의 형태로 성장하며 관의 끝에는 여러 갈래의 가지로 분지 되어 있다. 표면은 골편(spicules)이 돌출되어 있어 거칠다. 직경의 크기가 0.1 ㎝인 대공(oscules)이 표면 전체에 산재되어 있다. 질감은 부드럽다. 색깔은 액침 후, 황갈색이다. 피층의 골격 구조(ectosomal skeleton)는 골편들로 이루어진 트랙이 표면을 향해 뻗어 있는 구조를 이루고 있다. 골편은 주대골편(megascleres)만 가진다. 주대골편으로 간상체(oxeas)를 가진다.
  

• 생태적특징

    루사노프보라해면은 주로 바다의 조하대 해역의 암반에 부착하여 서식한다.
