    종설명(Description)

    •   해양 저서 퇴적물 환경에 서식하는 저서성 종으로 알려져 있다.

    •   외각 초기 생성부위에서는 입체나선형이나, 후기에서는 불규칙한 형태로 부푼 내실들이 이열배열로 나열되어 있다. 이열배열 단계에서는 내실이 추가됨에 따라 급격하게 크기가 증가된다. 봉합선은 초기단계에서는 눌려있지 않지만, 후기 이열배열단계에서는 뚜렷하게 눌려 있다. 외각 벽은 탄산칸슘성분으로 표면에 매우 굵은 소공이 분포해 있다. 개구부는 마지막 내실의 외부 가장자리에 작은 틈새형으로 발달한다.
