종설명(Description)

• 형태적특징

    체형은 타원형으로 길이가 25 mm 이하인 중형종이다. 각판은 대부분 밝은 황록색이나 회갈색으로 다양한 색을 가지며 흰색, 크림색, 붉은색 등의 다양한 색과 모양의 얼룩이 산재 되어있다. 두판, 중간판의 측면부, 미판의 후면부에는 방사륵을 따라 작고 둥근 돌기들이 나 있으며, 중간판의 중앙부와 미판의 전면부는 격자 무늬이다. 몸통테두리는 매끈한 비늘이 가장자리에 평행하게 덮여있다. 몸통테두리의 비늘에는 세로 주름은 없고 약한 성장선이 있다. [2]

    조간대 및 조하대의 바위 밑에 무리지어 서식하며 다른 군부에 비해 이동속도가 빠르다.
