  • 종설명(Description)

    •   몸길이는 약 9 mm로 중형종이다. 등쪽으로 매끄럽다. 이마뿔은 작다. 눈은 원형이다. 제1촉각 제1병부마디는 볼록하고 뭉툭하다. 제2, 3촉각은 가늘다. 주채찍은 41마디다. 부채찍은 4마디다. 제2촉각은 제1촉각의 절반정도 길이이고 원뿔샘은 뾰족하다. 제4병부마디는 뒤쪽 원위부가 약하게 신장되어있다. 주채찍은 25마디다. 제1악지 저절 앞쪽과 복측 변에 줄을 지은 작은 강모를 가진다. 전절은 원위부가 약간 신장되어있다. 손바닥은 약간 비스듬하고 작은 강모가 줄을 지어있다. 지절은 손바닥에 마주닿고 안쪽 변은 톱니를 가진다. 제2악지 전절은 뭉툭하고 신장되어있다. 지절은 크고 단단하며 원위부는 뭉툭하다. 제7흉지 기절은 크고 뒤쪽으로 넓게 신장되어있다. 제1미지 병부 원위부에 크고 뭉툭한 강모를 가진다. 제2미지 병부는 분지와 길이가 비슷하고 뭉툭하다. 제3미지 병부는 짧고 둥굴다. 분지들은 이분지되어있다. 꼬리는 사다리꼴로 깊게 나뉘어진다. 정단부 모서리에 한 쌍의 강모를 가진다.         New records of Nuuanuidae (Crustacea: Amphipoda: Senticaudata) from Korean waters, with descriptions of one new genus and two new species

        The family Nuuanuidae Lowry and Myers, 2013 is first reported from Korean waters by the discovery of Nuuanu paracyclodactyla sp. nov. and Parvipalpus gen. nov., erected with the description of Parvipalpus holocaudatus sp. nov., along with their detailed descriptions and illustrations. The monotypic genus, Parvipalpus gen. nov., is characterized by the bi-articulate mandibular palp, the uni-articulate outer ramus of uropod 3, and no cleft telson. The new species, Nuuanu paracyclodactyla sp. nov., is very similar to Gammarella cyclodactyla (Hirayama, 1978) in the peculiar shape of propodus and dactylus on gnathopod 2 in mature males, but the former is distinguished readily by the absence of dorsal keels on the pleons and urosomite 1. New keys to genera of this family and to species of the genus Nuuanu are provided.
