종설명(Description)

• 생태적특징

    조간대의 양식용 목재나 조하대에 가라앉은 침목에 무리 지어 구멍을 뚫고 산다.

• 형태적특징

    패각은 길이가 7mm 내외로 부풀어 있고 앞쪽은 삼각형 모양이며 연체부는 길고 둥근 모양이다. 각정은 작다. 연체부는 앞쪽에 종륵이 나타나며, 뒤쪽에는 성장선이 있다. 좌각과 우각의 각정 안쪽에서 바늘 모양의 돌기가 굽어져 길게 나와 있다.
