    종설명(Description)

    •   해면으로부터 분리된 기록이 있으며, 해면으로부터 분리된 A. unguis의 경우 항균, 항산화, 세포독성 활성을 갖는 물질을 합성하는 것을 확인하였다. 이 외에도 토양, 바나나 껍질, 공기 중, 신발 가죽 등에서도 분포하는 것을 추가적으로 확인된 기록이 있다.

    •   CYA배지에서 균총(25℃, 7일) 직경이 26~28mm이고 평평하게 자라며 가장자리는 약간 엽상체와 같으며 노란빛의 녹색을 띠다가 점차 갈색으로 변한다. 침출액은 거의 나타나지 않으며 뒷면은 노란색에서 연한 붉은색이나 갈색을 띤다. 분생포자머리는 기둥 모양으로 노란빛을 띠는 녹색에서 점차적으로 갈색으로 변한다. 분생포자는 매끈한 세포벽을 가지고 있으며 탁한 갈색을 띤다. MEA 배지에서는 균총(25℃, 7일) 직경이 20~25mm까지 자라며 평평하게 자란다. 투명한 침출액이 생기며 배지 뒷면은 붉은 빛 도는 노란색에서 갈색을 띤다.
